It was incorporated in the Year 1982 as a Private Limited Company, started by four promoters having vast experience in Forging, Metallurgy, Marketing and Administration with a total capital of INR1.0 Million.
In 1988 the company started the business of Manufacturing Bearing Races with a deep conviction that ‘NOTHING EXCEPT MAN AND ANIMAL MOVES WITHOUT BEARINGS’.
Over the years, the organization has gained expertise in forging and finished machining of TRB Races, THU Races, DGBB Races, HUB Gen 1 and Gen 3 rings as well as CRB rings and has earned multinational customers with continuous growth and increase in exports.
